Purpose of the site
This site publishes the Gourmet Pairing information catalogue: European delicatessen imported and distributed by International Bio Grocery, S.L. in Spain and Portugal, and by OMNIA SLU in Andorra. Each product sheet identifies the manufacturer.
It is not a shop. Nothing is sold, no prices are published, there is no basket and no payment gateway, and no account or identification is needed to browse it. Anyone wishing to buy or to ask for trade terms has to get in touch with us.
The food information on the product sheets
The ingredients, allergens and nutrition values on every sheet come from the information published by the manufacturer and are reproduced as they stand. This site does not recalculate them, does not complete them and does not infer them: whatever the manufacturer does not publish is left empty and reported as not stated.
The packaging label prevails. Before consuming a product, and always where an allergy or an intolerance is involved, read the label on the pack in your hand: that is the information accompanying that particular batch, under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.
An allergen marked “No” means the manufacturer does not declare it. It is not a guarantee of absence.

Access to this site is free and open. Whoever uses it undertakes to do so lawfully and not to interfere with its normal operation or with the systems it is served from.
The content is published to be read. Reproducing or reusing it systematically, including automated extraction of the catalogue, requires prior written permission.
Trade marks and content
“Gourmet Pairing” and “International Bio Grocery” are trade marks of International Bio Grocery, S.L. The manufacturers’ marks shown on the product sheets belong to their owners, as do any other names and signs that may appear.
The product texts, legal names and sheet data originate in material published by the manufacturer. Permission to reproduce them outside this site rests with whoever holds the rights in each case.
Links to other sites
Some sheets link to the manufacturer’s page so that the origin of the data can be checked. Those sites belong to third parties: we do not run them, we do not control what they publish, and linking to them does not make their content ours.
Availability and accuracy
The catalogue is served from the management system we work with. If that system does not respond, the site keeps showing the catalogue from the last copy available and says so on screen; in that case the data may not be up to date.
The availability of a format is informational and changes during the day. It is neither an offer nor a reservation of stock.
This site is offered as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, although we correct the ones we find.
Applicable law
International Bio Grocery, S.L. is a Spanish company and operates this site from Spain. The site is also aimed at visitors from Portugal and Andorra. Distribution in Andorra is carried out by OMNIA SLU, an Andorran company subject to the laws of the Principality. Nothing in this notice limits the rights that consumer legislation grants to anyone who qualifies as a consumer.
