The controller of any personal data processed through this site is International Bio Grocery, S.L. These are its identification and contact details, together with those of OMNIA SLU, the distributor for Andorra, which receives the enquiries of anyone who chooses Andorra in the contact form.
This site is run by International Bio Grocery, S.L., the site owner and data controller, under Spanish law: Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE); Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); and Organic Law 3/2018 on personal data protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD). What is processed when you visit
Browsing the catalogue requires no account, no email address and no acceptance of anything. No personal data is requested and no visitor profile is built.
As on any website, the server delivering these pages processes the technical data inherent to the connection — IP address, date and time, address requested and browser details — in order to deliver the page and to keep the service running and protected against abuse. The basis for that processing is the legitimate interest in the site working and being secure.
There is no web analytics, no audience measurement, no tracking pixels, and no social network buttons or embedded content.
The contact form
The contact form processes the data you enter in it — name, company, email address, telephone number, country and message — in order to answer your enquiry. The country you choose decides who receives it: International Bio Grocery, S.L. if you choose Spain or Portugal, and OMNIA SLU if you choose Andorra.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR). The technical data of the submission, such as the IP address, is processed to protect the service against abuse, on the basis of the legitimate interest in its security (article 6.1.f). Telephone and company are optional.
The trade-area page is still a mock-up: its fields are disabled and send nothing. This policy will be extended before it is connected.
The fonts are requested from Google
Every page on this site loads its fonts from Google Fonts: the stylesheet is requested from fonts.googleapis.com and the font files from fonts.gstatic.com.
That means that, on the very first visit and before anything is clicked, the browser connects directly to Google servers, and Google receives the visitor’s IP address along with the technical data of that request. Google is a third party outside International Bio Grocery, S.L., and those connections may involve processing that data outside the European Economic Area.
That request sets no cookie on this domain. It is declared here because it is the only time data from a visit leaves towards a third party. Anyone wishing to avoid it can block those two domains in their browser: the site still reads fine, with the system’s fallback fonts.
Who the data is disclosed to
Personal data is not sold, assigned or disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. Apart from Google in the case described above, the provider that hosts and operates the server this site is served from and the email provider through which enquiries arrive are involved, acting on behalf of International Bio Grocery, S.L. and on its instructions.
Anyone who chooses Andorra in the form sends their enquiry to OMNIA SLU, which receives it as the distributor for Andorra. The transfer to Andorra is covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision on Andorra (Decision 2010/625/EU).
How long it is kept
The technical data of the connection is not kept beyond the time strictly needed for the purposes described. It is not used to build any identifiable record of visits or any profile.
The data of an enquiry is kept while it is being handled and for any later legal periods that apply.
Visitors’ rights
Anyone may request access to their personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to that processing or ask for its portability, to the extent that those rights apply to them.
