Description
A sauce of winter punch and blackcurrant, with the natural colour and slightly tart note of cassis. The ideal companion to roasts, poultry, game and pâtés; serve cold or warm. Also for winter desserts: soufflé, mousse, parfait, pudding or ice cream.
