Description

Red fig and mustard, sweet and hot at once. Good with any cheese, mild or sharp, young or mature. Folded into whipped cream it suits smoked trout or eel; on its own, braised dishes and game.

Tessiner mustard sauces have been made in the Swiss canton of Ticino since 1967, to Wolfram Berge's original recipe. Carefully selected ingredients and a preparation method of their own give them their unmistakable character.
