Description
The house classic: the fine sweetness of green figs with a measured mustard note. A balance of fruit and spice that makes it a dependable partner for cheese, meat and cooking.
Tessiner mustard sauces have been made in the Swiss canton of Ticino since 1967, to Wolfram Berge's original recipe. Carefully selected ingredients and a preparation method of their own give them their unmistakable character.
Serving suggestions
With any cheese, and as a base for dressings, marinades, dips, chutneys and meat sauces.
