Description
Candied pineapple and curry over a fine, hot mustard base. The most spiced of the range: made for the wok, rice dishes and prawns, though it also works with cheese.
Tessiner mustard sauces have been made in the Swiss canton of Ticino since 1967, to Wolfram Berge's original recipe. Carefully selected ingredients and a preparation method of their own give them their unmistakable character.
Serving suggestions
With grilled prawns, sliced meat, wok vegetables, soups and rice dishes. Also, classically, with any cheese.
Storage
Stir well before use. Keep refrigerated after opening.
