Description
Pear and mustard, sweet and hot at once. The natural match for blue cheeses — gorgonzola, roquefort, stilton — and also for cold poultry, fondue and raclette.
Tessiner mustard sauces have been made in the Swiss canton of Ticino since 1967, to Wolfram Berge's original recipe. Carefully selected ingredients and a preparation method of their own give them their unmistakable character.
